Auryth Tax

14-day free trial, no card

Belgian tax law, answered with the provision attached.

Ask about income tax, VAT, inheritance, gift or registration duties, or tax procedure, and get an answer that names the article it rests on, for the tax year and the region your question is about. One click takes you to the text itself, from the code to the circular and the advance ruling.

  • Every answer cited
  • Tax year and region kept apart
  • Hosted in Europe

14 days, 25 questions, one user. No card, and it stops by itself.

The client calls about the assessment notice

A client forwards an assessment notice that disallows a business expense, and the objection period is already running. The answer sits somewhere between the Income Tax Code, its royal decree, a circular on Fisconet, an advance ruling and a judgment you half remember; if it concerns inheritance or registration duties, it also depends on the region. Finding it takes an hour, and making sure it holds for that tax year takes longer. Auryth Tax finds the provisions and shows you what it found, so you can judge the answer with the text in front of you.

What makes it different

Three things a general-purpose AI assistant does not do, and a search engine leaves to you.

The citation opens the provision

Every claim carries the article it came from, and a click opens the text beside the answer. The sources are stored article by article, so you read the whole provision as it applied in that income year. If a reference cannot be opened, the answer says so.

The right year, the right region

Income tax and VAT are federal; inheritance, gift and registration duties differ between Flanders, Wallonia and Brussels. The answer rests on the rules for the region and the tax year your question is about.

It checks its own quotations

Under every answer you see which sources were searched and which were read, and every quoted passage is looked up word for word in the source document, without a language model. A source that is repealed or not yet in force is flagged wherever its publisher records that.

From question to defensible position

What happens between typing the question and reading the source.

  1. 1

Ask as you would ask a colleague

You can ask in English, Dutch, French or German. If you name the code, the article and the tax year, the search is more precise, but a plain question works too.

  2. 2

Read the answer and the record beneath it

The answer names its provisions. Below it sit the source list and the research trail. Attach an assessment notice or a draft deed and ask about that instead.

  3. 3

    Open the source, then sign

Read the provisions yourself before you sign. Export the research as PDF or Word for the file, or have an advisory note or an objection drafted from the provisions just cited.

What you can do with it

Built around the daily work of a tax practice.

Search the sources directly

You can also skip the question and search legislation, circulars, administrative commentary, advance rulings and case law yourself.

Draft objections and advisory notes

Have an objection, an advisory note, the reply to a notice of amendment or the e-mail to the client drafted from the provisions the answer just cited. Edit it, send it from your own mail programme, or download it as Word on the office letterhead.

Ask about the client's documents

Attach an assessment notice, a draft deed or another document, as PDF, Word, text, CSV or image, and ask your question about it.

Export the research

Download it as an A4 PDF with its sources or as an editable Word file, listing either the sources cited or every source consulted.

One subscription, the whole office

Seats for your team, on one subscription per office.

Four interface languages

The app is available in English, Dutch, French and German. Everyone in the office works in their own language, off the same sources.

What is in it, and what is not

The text below is taken word for word from the contract. It sets out what the tool covers and where it stops, so you can check it against your own questions.

Who it is for

Auryth Tax is a professional tool, licensed for the tax work of the people listed below. It is not meant for consumers.

private-sector tax professionals: accountants, tax advisers, auditors, lawyers, and in-house tax departments

What it searches

EU and Belgian tax legislation (federal, Flemish and Walloon), implementing decrees, case law, administrative circulars and commentary, advance rulings, accounting-law opinions and parliamentary preparatory works

What it does not contain

The Source Library covers Belgian tax law only, with EU and treaty sources insofar as they bear on it: no other field of law, no other country's tax law, and no advisory or product-level material.

Federal, Flemish, Walloon and Brussels tax rules are not present to the same extent, and the language versions of the Source Library are not identical. The same question in a different language can produce a different result.

What it is not

legal, tax, customs, accounting, technical, construction or financial advice

Where your questions go

Your questions contain your clients' figures. This is where they are processed and what happens to them.

Hosted in Europe

Auryth Tax is hosted in Europe. The provider of the language model that writes the answers is named in the privacy policy.

Not used for training

What you type is not used to train models. The privacy policy states how that is secured with each provider.

Retention periods and processors

The privacy policy lists how long data is kept, every processor by name, what is stored in your browser and on what legal basis.

Pricing

One subscription per office, in four plans priced on seats and usage. The full price list is in the app itself, so it is always current.

From €79 per month, excluding VAT

Test it on a file you have already closed

Ask it a question from that file and compare the answer and its sources with the position you took.
